Reviews

Emily - Nottingham Girls High School - 2025

This is a book about werewolves and how they're trapped in this village. I really liked how they slowly figured out why they where there and who Sequest was. At the end the plot twist was amazing and I love how they nearly died multiple times. I would recommend this book to anyone 12 and above because there are some gruesome parts.

Hawwa - Nottingham Girls High School - 2025

This fast paced book has loads of plot twists and is a must read. I should say that it was a bit hard to get into at the start, but half way through I couldn't stop turning those pages!

Tabi - Nottingham Girls High School - 2025

I think Bite Risk is one of my favourite books so far and I immediately fell in love with everything to do with it! For example, the mystery, gory and especially the plot twists. To sum it up, it is all brilliant and every word is thought through with care.

Charlotte - Nottingham Girls High School - 2025

Great book! S.J. Wills kept me reading and such a good plot twist at the end. The ending was great and I'm looking forward to reading the sequel. All characters that changed personality changed in a way that made me enjoy the book even more.

Jenny - Nottingham Girls High School - 2025

It was really good and made me not want to stop reading. I did not even think for a second that Pedro could still be alive. I found it funny when they realised what Sequest were doing so tested it on FIN and FIN made mistakes. I also enoyed reading the reports on Pedro, Sel, Ingrid and Elena. The reason why I did not give you 5 stars was because some parts were gruesome and a bit scary so I couldn't read it before bed but I would still love to read more of your books.

Clemmie - Nottingham Girls High School - 2025

A very good book! I would recomend it for people ages 8+ but 10+ if you dont like stuff like murder scenes!

Elizabeth - Nottingham Girls High School - 2025

This book kept me trembling on the edge of my seat. I was hooked on it. My only pet peeve was that it moved slower in the second half. Still incredibly written!

Lily - Nottingham Girls High School - 2025

This book was really good and totally recommend this to any one who loves drama and adventure. It can be quite scary so I would only recommend it for 10 years and over. If you do read it, I promise that you will love it!

Thomas - White Hills Park Federation - 2025

I felt very strongly about this book, it stays in my mind once I've finished it. The cover mostly depicts the story so you know partly what it's about, the language used is very effective, everything about the book makes me want to keep reading.

Abubakar - White Hills Park Federation - 2025

Great book full of mystery and excitement but losses itself towards the end.

Tommy - Magnus Church of England Academy - 2025

Bite risk was a fabulous book, with twists and turns throughout the story. In Bite Risk, our main character, Sel Archer, deciphers the truth about a mysterious organisation. I loved the plot twists and adventure in this story and found it easy to sit down and indulge in the story.

Andrew - White Hills Park Federation - 2025

I like the idea of entrapment and being caged in and the dynamic between the main characters was really interesting. However, I think the story went back on one of it's main plot points at the end and the ending was a bit too fast paced for my liking. So overall, I like the book and it's ideas just it could've been executed a bit better.
