Jasmine - Nottingham Girls High School - 2026
I really liked this book! This is one of the usual types of books I would read! I love all the characters in the book and some of the pages sent shivers down my spine! I loved the illustrations I think they added a lot of detail! I also really appreciated the detail of the description. The description painted a picture in my mind and I would really love to read more books by this author!
Maya - Nottingham Girls High School - 2026
It was quite a good book, but not my favourite read. I found it a little bit repetitive when it came to the monsters. I did really like the pictures though!
Trix - Nottingham Girls High School - 2026
I didn't really like the pictures, as I found them a bit scary, but I liked the format of the book. I might read it again as it was a short but compelling read.

I loved this book. It was spine-chillingly great and the illustrations made it come to life in a creepy way. It was a rather quick read but it lasted for a long time because it was so amazing that it kept going round in my head. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

I loved this book, because it was interesting to read, and I loved the illustrations! I hope a new one comes out about what happens to Lauren.
Areeba - Nottingham Girls High School - 2026
I liked how Lauren Dempsey disappeared mid air in the aeroplane. The pictures looked a bit scary . I was scared how her brother was pulled down by the monster and the people that had survived stayed in a small tent that had beds for the people who had made it out the building. I also liked how it ended in a mysterious way.

I absolutely loved this book. Definitely not the type I would normally read, as I don't normally enjoy horror books, but when I started it, I loved it! I love how it slowly feeds the reader more iformation until we get the full picture . It was such an incredible way of writting. Safoora - Nottingham Girls High School - 2026
This book is one of my favorites The action flows smoothly and quickly, holding the reader's attention from the very first page. I loved how the case files and the story were interwoven to create a dual timeline and to give a more complete picture. I can't wait for the next book in this fabulous series.
Allegra - Nottingham Girls High School - 2026
For me, when I read this book after the second chapter, I immediately thought I'm not sure I'll like it because I'm not into horror books. I would recommend not reading this before sleeping if you have nightmares easily.
