This is one of the most inspiring books I've ever read. My favourite character is definitely Finlay because of his passion to find out why his Mum truly disappeared!

Seven letter word was an interesting book with brilliant characters to follow. The story line was a little sad because the character went through a few tough times in the book and many people would relate to this.

Leo - White Hills Park Federation - 2018
This has to have been one of my all time favourite books and has changed my favorite author. It was also about scrabble, something that I would never have thought books would be written about. I also liked how the main character wasn't very 'normal', but helped to create side plots.
Jacob - White Hills Park Federation - 2018
It was a very interesting read as it had an element of mystery and just as you think it is the end for Finlay, he joins the school scrabble club which sends him on an amazing adventure to find his mum.
Martha - Kimberley School - 2018
This was a really good book. I enjoyed reading it and think that the side of including a diary entry style to parts of the story made it very interesting
Olivia - Hall Park Academy - 2018
I really enjoyed this book because of the moral of the story. I feel that it was a very heart-warming story because of the challenges that the main protagonist faces. It shows you can do anything, if you put your mind to it and surround yourself with the best people. As well as this i think it is spreads a very positive message to readers.
Oliver - Hall Park Academy - 2018
I enjoyed this book because it wasn't like the common "evil divorced dad", he had a kind dad instead. He seems relatable because he is a smart person who cannot prove it and it has a great plot twist that teaches the reader a valuable lesson. I enjoy how enemies come together as friends near the end as well.
